Delivery Information


We keep our prices as low as we can and in turn we can pass the savings on to you, so we offer all of our products ranges on a "click and collect" service  from our own factory owned outlets.Furniture can be difficult to distribute using couriers and from our past experience we have to be realistic to the services we can offer to provide you the service you would expect

Click and Collect - Our Click and Collect service is free we will always be happy to help to load your purchases and if needed we can supply some recycled packaging materials.

Local Delivery to Store - If you are not collecting from our main distribution center you may need to allow 3 - 4 days for your purchases to be delivered to your chosen regional outlet if some of the items are not stock items We want your furniture to always be in the best condition from the start if you are using the click and collect service our friendly staff members would be more than happy to provide you with free  packing materials (this is usually recycled packaging but will offer adequate protection)           

If you cannot collect - Not everyone has large van at their disposal to collect their furniture, so here at Woodpecker we are here to help, simply email us your address and items required, with our ever growing dealer network we may have a  stockist close to you or we can offer one of the following options:

Local Store Delivery - Our local  delivery service is from £30.00 Within a 15 mile radius of our outlets.

Standard Delivery (South West) - Our Regional Delivery service is from £39 We operate this service currently throughout the South West only.

National - If you require a national delivery service we will happily arrange this at cost via courier or pallet line. Wherever possible and on larger deliveries we will use our own long distance vehicles and delivery direct please note that there is an additonal charge for this service, please contact us for details.

Packaging Removal - £5.00 per order. If you are taking advantage of our  delivery service, you can have our drivers remove all the packaging from your furniture and take it away with them - Please Note: We cannot offer this service for flat pack furniture.

Unfortunately

We also do not offer a delivery service to the Isle of Wight, Northern Ireland, Isle of Man, Isles of Scilly, Orkney, Shetland and Western Scottish Island, BFPO addresses or the Republic of Ireland.

Although we cannot deliver directly to the Channel Islands, you can still order your items with us and use a service such as Interparcel ( http://www.interparcel.co.uk )  to arrange onward delivery. We are more than happy to work with these services, just email us with the details.

Delivery Tips

To ensure a smooth and problem free delivery for your new furniture, please take a few minutes to read our simple tips!

  • Please ensure there is easy and clear access for a large van, or in some cases a smaller lorry, to the property. If you are in a gated area, that someone can provide access on delivery day
  • Please make sure the route from where the van will park to your house or flat is accessible. Any obstacles that will hamper access are moved or that the drivers are pre-warned
  • Please check packaging for any obvious signs of damage - If there is any damage, and it is possible, un box the item, check for any actual damage or please mark this clearly on the delivery note
  • There MUST be someone over the age of 16 to accept delivery. Our couriers can refuse to leave items if this isn't the case.

If the delivery quote is acceptable to you and you wish to continue, you then make the purchase as click and collect, we will then telephone you for a separate delivery payment for the chosen service
